As a unique Oliver James Design & Build creation, the Rousham features a glass gable end which follows the line of the roof. Doors are installed on the front elevation of the extension, along with on the sides, so that the room opens up leaving a canopy of roof – perfect for relaxing on a warm day and evening.
Specifications Overview: 3.5m depth x 4m width with “Origin” folding sliding doors = roof height glass gable end and 2 x Velux MK04 roof lights.
