About Our Flat White
The Flat White incorporates various innovative features, from flat glass lanterns to enhanced ceiling height; all of which contributes towards a super airy, spacious feel. The doors are extended to match the ceiling height so that when they are open, there is no break between the ceiling line and oversized soffit. Along with the use of a flush threshold, the Flat White creates an utterly seamless appearance between home and garden.
As specialist suppliers of Velux windows, Oliver James Design & Build provide clients with an array of rooflight options to complement their orangery design. Choose from an electrically operated flat Velux skylight or a sleek roof lantern to match with windows and doors.
All Flat White projects are completed with DUO Ply neoprene roof membrane, which means that clients are provided with a 20-year warranty.
Specifications Overview: 3.5 depth x 4m width with “Hertalan Neoprene” flat roof system, “Origin” folding sliding doors and 1 x Velux flat roof light.
