1. Design
The process begins with a visit to your home. Site survey appointments are booked for a date and time that coincides with your schedule. During your survey, Oliver James will spend time getting to know your individual requirements, the reasoning for the renovation and your desired outcome. If you have any questions in regards to your project, our team would be more than happy to run through any topic.
Working with you, our experienced architects can then start to bring your vision to life, designing a proposed plan of action. If you are in need of inspiration, a visit to local past projects can be arranged. Once you are happy with the designs, if required, planning permission can be submitted on your behalf.
2. Manage
Every stage of the construction process will be fully managed by Oliver James Design & Build, a full start to finish project management approach is taken to every build. All you will need to do is choose the fixtures and fittings that you would like.
Oliver James Design & Build has a team member on hand to complete every task required, from structural engineers and roofers to electricians and plasterers. Throughout the process, we will liaise with the necessary professionals needed to complete the next stage, ensuring that your project strictly coheres with the agreed timeframe.
3. Build
Sit back and relax while Oliver James Design & Build create a space that exceeds all expectations. All clients are assured with the promise that they will be kept updated with the progress of their project, along with details of the next stages.
On completion of the project, all certification, including Local Authority Building certificate, Part P Electrical certificate and FENSA certificate will be submitted and supplied to both authorities and the client.
