Answer
The first payment in the 10 stage payment plan is now a £2,500 deposit, which covers architect drawings, SAP calculations, structural engineer calculations, and planning permission application (if required). This is payable on acceptance of the tender and agreement on a project start date. The initial project deposit is then payable 7-10 days before we start.
